Jignesh Dhaduk fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants and practising since 2007 and practising since 2012. Prior to starting practice, he has worked with big four in the area of International tax, transfer pricing and FEMA, NRI Taxation etc. He leads the Direct Tax Practice of the firm including international tax, transfer pricing and FEMA. He also look after firm tax litigation practice. He has unique experience in handling foreign clients who wants to set up their subsidiary company in India and Indian clients who want to set up their company abroad.
